Return & Refund Policy

At PuriSet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it.

• Be unused and unworn.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be in its original packaging.

• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@purisat.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us promptly if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective.

• You receive the wrong item.

• An item is missing from your order.

Please provide your order number and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Certain personal care or beauty products.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

• Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different product is to return the eligible item and, once your return has been approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any applicable exceptions.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@purisat.com.
